Cary Ballet's renowned Intensive Summer Program implements our carefully designed curriculum of rigorous, daily classes for qualified students. Acceptance in Intensives is by audition only, and reserved for healthy, serious-minded dancers who demonstrate a high level of achievement and potential. Intensive students will notice a marked improvement as they enjoy extended daily ballet technique, pointe and variations classes. Their experience is enhanced with training in other dance techniques, such as jazz, modern, character and contemporary as well as Pilates and our special therapeutic conditioning classes, designed to optimize the dancer’s strength, flexibility, extension and turnout. Five week of intensive training with Cary Ballet's renowned faculty along with special guest master teachers throughout the program. Past year's master teachers include Mariaelena
Ruiz, Jerry Rose, Shannon Parsley, Elizabeth Gaither, Kim Sonderegger, Paunika Jones, Maribel Modrono, Tricia Albertson & Maria Chapman.
Our unique program offers flexible enrollment of 2, 3 or 5 week sessions throughout the summer. Each session will culminate in an in-studio performance/presentation of variations and material from classes.

Tuition
Session I (July 1- July 12): $700
Session II (July 15-August 2): $1000
Session I and II (July 1-August 2): $1500
(Come all five weeks, pay last year’s rates!)
There is no registration fee for summer classes. However, we require a 50% tuition deposit (non-refundable) upon registration.

Younger dancers, ages 9-10, will enjoy our Aspiring Dancer Workshop. A wonderful opportunity for young, aspiring dancers with at least 2 year of training to further expore the many facets of classical ballet while improving their technique. Daily ballet classes will be followed by various beneficial instruction of jumps, turns, stretch, conditioning, and classical variations from timeless ballet productions. Our Aspiring Dancer Workshop is offered July 8 - 12, July 15 - 19, or July 22 - 26.
